Christmas is Coming!

IOI Boulevard has put up a big and beautiful Christmas tree. As such, we need to do a little adjustment to our layout. No worries, not too much changes but just take a look at the pic below to see the changes.

If you are new to our site, those numbers with colors are already taken. The red triangle is the Christmas tree. :)

IOI Boulevard Management advertisement yesterday in The Star. Also a mention on the weekend bazaar that will be starting in Oct 09.

First of all, really need to say thank you for the IOI Boulevard Management. This is really out of the blue. We did not request for a mention in the advertisement but it is really good initiative from the IOI Boulevard management to include it. Thank you again, we may not know all of you but this thank you goes to everyone there.

I guess no one else has got these pictures. These are real picture and not drawings/site plans. It is a huge building by itself. Smack right in the centre of all the shops and restaurants in Puchong. It puzzles me how did they manage to get that land to develop.

This is the front of IOI Boulevard, Puchong.

Next is the inside... Nice colorful frame decorations there. Also, the transparent roof. See the mural on the floor, that is done by students of Lim Kok Wing. Oh best of all, this semi-open area, is fully air-conditioned. Nice :)

Take a look at the layout below, I think it is nicely done. The restaurants are all centred in the centre of IOI Boulevard. Like an oasis.

Ibiza Bazaar is in the centre of the centre. Fill up to 80 vendors, as estimated in the plan. Each vendor has got quite a large area to work on. It is a 4ft by 3ft area.

The Palette @ IOI Boulevard

Anyone has not heard of The Palette @ IOI Boulevard?

This latest addition is what Puchong has been waiting for, to “complete” its soul. Think about it, every prominent district has got an up class and hip hang out, eatery and entertainment. Great that it is opening in October. It is just fronting the busiest LDP highway, opposite IOI Shopping Mall.
